This Pilot Collaboration Agreement is made between Eulerion Technologies Inc. (“Provider”) and The Rio (“Casino”) for the deployment of Eulerion’s advanced AI surveillance and analytics platform. The Rio will host the system on a trial basis, enabling real-time monitoring of player activity and dealer performance. All insights generated during the pilot will be reviewed jointly for operational improvement. No fees are incurred during the pilot period, and both parties agree to treat all collected data as confidential. The Rio and Provider may discuss commercial expansion if mutually satisfied with pilot outcomes.

This Pilot Evaluation Agreement is entered into by Eulerion Technologies Inc. (“Provider”) and Hippodrome Casino (“Casino”) to install and assess the effectiveness of Eulerion’s AI casino security suite. The pilot will focus on live table monitoring, bet tracking, and detection of high-risk behaviors. Hippodrome will provide access and operational feedback, while all findings will remain confidential. No charges apply during this evaluation. Future business terms are subject to successful pilot results and written agreement.

By this Agreement, Ellis Island Casino (“Casino”) partners with Eulerion Technologies Inc. (“Provider”) to conduct a limited-term trial of Provider’s AI-powered floor surveillance solution. The pilot will be set up at no cost to Casino, with objectives including real-time incident detection and analytics reporting. Both parties will collaborate to fine-tune the system and ensure seamless integration with Casino protocols. Data generated will be confidential. Following the pilot, parties may negotiate broader deployment subject to joint review.
